Citizen Soldiers builds on the concept that each one of us is needed and each one of us can affect change. The Citizen Soldier philosophy builds on these three questions: THINK--- would you rather be informed or entertained? PREPARE---would you rather be self-reliant or vulnerable? ACT---would you rather be pro-active and in control or passive and controlled?
